FOUNDER OF F.U.S.E.

I'm Joshua James. My fitness journey started at 13, being a high school and college athlete. After suffering multiple injuries and cutting my seasons short, I decided to change my view from the point of competition to self-preservation and longevity. Learning first how to heal, strengthen, and ultimately prevent further injury through proper exercise programs and mechanics.

After honing and owning my skills first, I decided in 2008 to explore helping others with their fitness goals, needs, and desires. Considering these things, I decided to focus on movement patterns, primal patterns, and planes of motion to build the most balanced programs, adjusting subtle variables to meet every individual's needs. I began to embody the principles of F.U.S.E. Without a fundamental understanding of the above patterns; there cannot be sound execution. 

Whether you are looking for sports performance, injury prevention, or rehab, the body is a global system. Having a sound foundation of how the system works allows you to execute individual programs for every degree of exerciser. I will teach you these principles so that you can embody them for the rest of your life, becoming your own fitness professional.
